as you know I expect you to read my emails, so if you do not know this, you were either out of guild or did not read it.
In the future we will run team events on the following basis:
OPT-OUT: a group will be selected by R5/R4. If you do not opt out and fail to play without a good reason, then you will not be selected for the subsequent event.
The latest time to opt out will be 48 hours before the event and opt outs must be by mail to Aromi.
OPT-IN: if you wish to be selected, you can send a mail to Aromi. If you do not send a mail 48 hours before the event, then you will probably not be eligible to be selected. Should you be selected and not play, you will not be selected for the subsequent event.
I am sorry to start making rules, but there are too many of us now to trust the organisation of events to luck.
